Merchandise Return Policy

Approval for return of merchandise must be requested in writing, after which Icera may issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form. This RGA form must be attached to the product package for return. Any merchandise returned to Icera without the proper RGA form will not be accepted, and will be sent back to sender at sender's expense.

Please e-mail us to apply for an RGA. The reason(s) for the return should be described in detail.

All returned products must be packaged properly, including their original packaging and accompanying parts and accessories. Refunds or credit will not be issued on improperly packaged goods, regardless of the reason for return. Non-defective products must be in re-sale condition. If the original packaging is damaged, a re-packaging charge may be assessed.
